The quality of the leads submitted are usually high, however the quality of each individual lead will vary. We do not charge a higher cost for leads of high quality and a lower lead cost for leads of lower quality. Therefore, the cost per lead will be calculated based on the core value of the lead, which reflects the fact that some leads will be of top quality and some of less than top quality.
This is also reflected in the low lead cost price. For this particular reason, we cannot offer lead credit(s) based soley on the quality of an individual lead. However, we will provide credit for leads that are erroneous. Leads that are erroneous are described below.
Leads that are erroneous, are not leads of "poor quality" We don't provide lead credits based soley on the quality of a lead. Our definition of an erroneous lead, is a lead that is not genuine or authentic. We'll issue credit for any or all erroneous leads based on the following definitions:
a) Duplicate leads
b) Invalid contact details
c) Fake lead(s) (whereby, the prospect, has no knowledge of submitting a lead request)
You may contact us at support@prospectsb2b.com to request credit(s) for leads that are erroneous. Once verified, bad lead credit(s) will be applied to your account.
13. Affiliate Program
* Each referred quote request is verified for authenticity. Affiliate referrals not considered authentic, will be rejected and no commision(s) will be paid.
